A young boy salutes in farewell with his friend at the Belovodsk, or Belovodosky orphanage, north of Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan. Airmen from nearby Manas Air Base visit the orphanage frequently to share friendship and donated toys, as well as clothing, blankets, diapers and toiletries. There are more than 265 disabled children in the orphanage between the ages of 4 and 18.
