Spc. Stuart Millard with 3670th Maintenance Company competes in the 821 Troop Command Battalion, Oregon Army National Guard Best Warrior competition in Salem, Ore., Aug. 3, 2014. The competition consisted of the Army physical fitness test, an essay, weapons assembly/disassembly and a skills and knowledge board. The competition included Soldiers from the 1186th Military Police Company, 821st Headquarter and Headquarters Detachment and the 115th Mobile Public Affairs Detachment. Spc. Millard won the Soldier of the Year category while the noncommissioned officer winner was Sgt. Ranie Hamel from 821st HHD.
