Spc. Stuart Milard with 3670th Maintenance Company wins the 821 Troop Command Battalion Best Warrior Competition in Salem, Ore., Aug. 3, 2014. The competition consisted of the Army physical fitness test, an essay, weapons assembly and disassembly, and a skills and knowledge board. The competition included Soldiers from the 1186th Military Police Company, 821st Headquarter and Headquarters Detachment and the 115th Mobile Public Affairs Detachment. The noncommissioned officer winner was Sgt. Ranie Hamel from 821st HHD. Both Sgt. Hamel and Spc. Millard will move on to the Oregon Army National Guard Best Warrior Competition in September.
