Cpl. Maurice Storck looks at the pictures of himself from his early years in the Maine Army National Guard in a 1939 yearbook at the Maine Armed Forces Museum in Augusta. Storck enlisted into the service in 1936 at the age of 14. The seasoned veteran returned home to Maine in July, and spent some time talking about his experiences in the Pacific during World War II with currently serving soldiers.
