Command Master Chief Don Ouellette and Cmdr. Jeffrey Sinclair, commanding officer of the amphibious dock landing ship USS Carter Hall (LSD 50), hand out holiday care packages to Sailors on the mess decks of the ship. The packages were sent by Our Lady of Hope Elementary School, in Queens, N.Y. Carter Hall is deployed to the U.S. 5th Fleet area of responsibility with the Iwo Jima Expeditionary Strike Group to conduct maritime security operations.
