World War II veteran Thomas Griffin, an officer in the Army Air Corps, answers questions during a discussion forum at the Arizona Memorial Visitor Center as part of a ceremony commemorating the 67th anniversary of the attack on Pearl Harbor. Griffin served as a navigator for a group of B-52 bombers who, in April 1942, launched a sneak attack off the aircraft carrier USS Hornet (CV 8) against mainland Japan. Led by Lt. Col. Jimmy Doolittle, the Doolittle Raid was America's first strike against Japan following the Dec. 7, 1941, attack on Pearl Harbor.
