Shakr Fiza, acting mayor of Abu Ghraib, speaks at the Abu Ghraib hospital ceremony, Feb. 5, to celebrate the completion of renovation to the hospital, west of Baghdad. The Abu Ghraib government, Iraqi security forces and Soldiers of the 1st Battalion, 21st Infantry Regiment, 2nd Stryker Brigade Combat Team, 25th Infantry Division, Multi-National Division – Baghdad, combined efforts to complete the renovation project. These renovations were completed with the combined effort.
