The Military Sealift Command Bob Hope-class roll-on roll-off vehicle cargo ship USNS Seay (T-AKR 302) offloads cargo onto an Amphibious Construction Battalion (PHIBCB) 2 improved navy lighterage system causeway ferry during the annual Blount Island Command Exercise (BICEX). BICEX allows active and reserve Sailors assigned to the subordinate commands of Naval Beach Group 2 to get hands-on training to increase mission readiness.
