The Military Sealift Command Bob Hope-class roll-on roll-off vehicle cargo ship USNS Seay (T-AKR 302) offloads cargo onto an Amphibious Construction Battalion (PHIBCB) 2 improved navy lighterage system causeway ferry during the annual Blount Island Command Exercise (BICEX).
