Firefighters salute the U.S. flag during a memorial ceremony honoring fallen firefighter, Staff Sgt. Ray Rangel. Feb. 13 marked the four-year anniversary of Rangel's death. Rangel, a fire emergency services technician, died, Feb. 13, 2005, while attempting to save two Soldiers trapped in an overturned humvee in a canal in northern Iraq.
