Sgt. Shatoric Fletcher, a military vehicle repair noncommissioned officer assigned to Georgia Army National Guard, who formerly served on active duty with the U.S. Navy, offers his expertise to the pit crew of the National Guard 88 car. Fletcher and a group of Georgia National Guard Citizen-Soldiers were given the VIP treatment during the 2014 NASCAR Troops to the Tracks military salute in partnership with the Armed Forces Foundation and 2014 presenting sponsor Bank of America.
