U.S. Navy Capt. Randall Lynch, Professor of Naval Science and commanding officer of the Naval Reserve Officers Training Corps (NROTC) unit at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University (ERAU) welcomes incoming midshipmen freshmen to the unit during NROTC freshman orientation in the ROTC Center on campus here, Aug. 23.
