U.S. Navy Capt. Randall Lynch, Professor of Naval Science and commanding officer of the Naval Reserve Officers Training Corps (NROTC) unit at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University (ERAU) swears-in more than 40 incoming midshipmen freshmen at the end of NROTC freshman orientation on campus here, Aug. 28.
