Civil affairs Soldiers of Charlie Company, 431st Civil Affairs Battalion used colored tacks to mark the six East Arkansas locations of the free clinics operated July 25 through Aug. 2, 2014, by the Army Reserve Medical Command’s 3274th U.S. Army Hospital and the Delta Regional Authority. The clinics provided medical, dental, and optical care to the towns of Wynne, Brinkley, Newport, Earle, McCrory and Forrest City, servicing more than 4,000 individual patient interactions, including distributing more than 1,200 pairs of free glasses and pulling more than 500 teeth.
