Brig. Gen. Alan L. Stolte, the commanding general of the 352nd Civil Affairs Command, Fort Meade, Md., and Command Sgt. Maj. Earl G. Rocca, discussed the Pentagon’s Innovative Readiness Training program July 30, 2014, with Col. Andrew T. Bryan, the commander of the 3274th U.S. Army Hospital, Fort Bragg, N.C. Soldiers of the 431st Civil Affairs Battalion and 3274th USAH operated six free and open-to-the-public clinics in East Arkansas.
