The head of staff of the Kuda Kudhin ge Hiya neglected children's home in Villingili presents Lt. j.g. Jarrod Johnson, chaplain, and Lt. j.g. Malcolm Lybeck, assigned to the guided-missile cruiser USS Lake Champlain, with gifts made by the children. Sailors visited the center as part of a Project Handclasp community relations event. Lake Champlain is part of the Boxer Expeditionary Strike Group on a scheduled deployment to the Western Pacific in support of global maritime security.
