Malcolm Lybeck and Sailors from the guided-missile cruiser USS Lake Champlain throw frisbees with children at the Kuda Kudhin ge Hiya neglected children's home in Villingili during a Project Handclasp community relations event. Lake Champlain is part of the Boxer Expeditionary Strike Group on a scheduled deployment to the Western Pacific in support of global maritime security.
