Marines from the 1st Expeditionary Force and Soldiers from the 114th Transportation Company, Minnesota Army National Guard, stand on parade grounds at the permanent forward operating site Sept. 5 at Mihail Kogalniceanu Air Base, marking the historic 100,000th passenger flight from the Transit Center.
