Marines with 2nd Intelligence Battalion, II Marine Expeditionary Force, teach their methods of gathering human intelligence to British soldiers from 5, 6, and 7 Military Intelligence Battalions, 1 Intelligence Surveillance Reconnaissance Brigade, during Exercise Phoenix Odyssey on Sept. 14, 2014. The day’s training focused on Tactical Site Exploitation (TSE), where the Marines and their British counterparts shared their techniques in gathering intelligence in the field. The two forces are co-located in a Military Operations in Urban Terrain training facility on Camp Lejeune for the nearly week long, scenario driven, bilateral exercise.
