Lt. Gen. John Wissler, fourth from left, and Maj. Gen. Charles L. Hudson, fifth from left, cut a ribbon Sept. 12 to officially open a new USO facility on Camp Courtney. The ribbon cutting marked the opening of the sixth USO facility on Okinawa and the first to be run solely by volunteers, according to Robin Miller, the area director for USO Okinawa. “The USO is all about providing the home away from home and keeping people connected,” said Miller, from San Antonio, Texas. Wissler is the commanding general of III Marine Expeditionary Force Hudson, and Hudson is the commanding general of Marine Corps Installations Pacific. (U.S. Marine Corps Photo by Cpl. Thor J.
