Brig. Gen. Steven R. Rudder addresses Marines currently working on Echo Field, Tinian, Commonwealth of the Northern Marianas Islands Sept. 21 during exercise Valiant Shield 2014. Rudder was accompanied by Rear Adm. Russell Allen, deputy commander for the U.S. 7th Fleet. During the visit, Rudder visited Marines to show appreciation for their sacrifice and hard work throughout the exercise.
