Soltek Pacific workers dismantle the old Chaplain's office that house the 1st Marine Logitsic's Group special staff, Feb. 21. The building, along with others in the 14 Area, is going under a drastic reconstruction. The new design will combine the special staff with the rest of the headquarters element in a new two-story building that will stand on the corner of Vandegrift and 16th Street, across from the fire station.
