Japanese and U.S. participants begin the “Magic 10-Miler” on Sept. 21 here. The “Magic 10-Miler” is a 10-mile race open to the Japanese public with funds benefiting local Ginowan City. The course started at the aircraft runway and followed the inside perimeter MCAS Futenma. Headquarters and Headquarters Squadron, MCAS Futenma, Marine Corps Installations Pacific, hosted the event.
