Props and training aids are set up on a parade field as U.S. Marines with the 3rd Law Enforcement Battalion, III Marine Headquarters Group join members of the Armed Forces of the Philippines and the Philippine National Police to practice crowd control formations Aug. 13, 2014, at Fort Bonifacio, Philippines, during Non-Lethal Weapons Executive Seminar (NOLES) 2014. NOLES is an annual Marine Corps Forces Pacific theater security cooperation event focusing on the use of nonlethal weapons. The exercise is held in a different nation each year.
