Civilian Mariner Capt. Chuck Robb, a tug pilot with Moran tug company, prepares to get the USS Cole (DDG 67) underway, while Midshipman 3rd Class Jordan Englert and other midshipmen observe. Robb hosted six midshipmen in order to teach them about piloting and tug boat operations.
