Philippine and U.S. Sailors get their first look at the new Technology and Livelihood Education Classroom at LO-OC National High School, which will eventually seat 60 students. The classroom was constructed in a collaborative effort by Philippine and U.S. Navy Seabees during exercise Cooperation Afloat Readiness and Training (CARAT) 2009. CARAT is a series of bilateral exercises held in Southeast Asia designed to strengthen relationships and enhance the operational readiness of the participating forces.
