Tech. Sgt. Roy Hurd, 332nd Expeditionary Civil Engineer Squadron structural journeyman, uses an oxy-acetylene torch to de-militarize the stand of a rocket-propelled grenade launcher here March 18. Approximately 30 enemy weapons were gathered and destroyed to ensure they could not be collected and used against coalition forces or Iraqis at a later point in time. Hurd is deployed here from McChord Air Force Base, Wash., and is a native of Omaha, Neb.
