Senior Airman Paul Lampe, an Aircraft Ground Equipment mechanic with the 379th Expeditionary Maintenance Squadron, troubleshoots a relay for the compressor on an air conditioner unit, in an undisclosed location in Southwest Asia. The air conditioner unit keeps aircraft electrical systems cool while maintenance is being performed on aircraft systems. Lampe is native to Bremerton, Wash., and is deployed from Tinker Air Force Base, Okla., in support of Operations Iraqi and Enduring Freedom and Combined Joint Task Force - Horn of Africa.
