U.S. Marine Corporal Richard Macsherry walks through a field during a theater security cooperation engagement at the Peace Support Operations Training Center-Singo in Kakola, Uganda. Marines and Sailors with SPMAGTF - CR - AF conducted a logistics and engineering seminar with the Uganda People’s Defense Force (UPDF), Sept. 15, 2014. Topics covered during this engagement were general logistics and engineering classes, basic infantry tactics and skills to include breaching, convoy operations, explosive ordnance disposal, and survivability classes. By conducting partner military training, the Marines and Sailors of SPMAGTF - CR- AF will gain and share valuable teaching, training, and small unit experiences while working with the UPDF.
