National Guard members as they remain on alert for rescue missions out of their Quick Response Force staging area at Olivet Lutheran Church, Fargo, N.D. The military personnel are in place to respond to emergency evacuation requests of flood victims stranded by flood water of the Red River along the North Dakota-Minnesota border.
