Members of the 957 Multi-role Bridge Company position a zodiac raft in place to drop sandbags along a flood dike March 30, Fargo, N.D. The sandbags are being placed into the water by Spc. Heather Lepp at leaking sections of the dike along the Red River on the North Dakota-Minnesota border. The permanent dike is located at Oak Grove High School in Fargo, and has been breached by the flood waters and patched by the National Guard members. A football field scoreboard is nearly submerged in the floodwaters behind the raft.
