The 2nd Battalion, 75th Ranger Regiment Battalion memorial ceremony conducted Feb. 7, 2012. Command Sgt. Maj. Daryl R. Thies, battalion command sergeant major, performs roll call and when the names of Sgt. Tyler Holtz; Spc. Ricardo Cerros, Jr.; Pfc. Christopher Horns; and sergeant 1st class Kristoffer Domeij, were called for the third time, a soldier from their company would respond with "(soldiers' name) is no longer with us". The names of the recently fallen Ranger soldiers are now memorialized on the obelisk located in front of the 2nd Battation, 75th Ranger Regiment Headquarters, Joint Base Lewis-McChord, Wash.
