Robert Fruggiero, a decontamination evaluation analyst with U.S. Army North’s Civil Support Training Activity, watches as Soldiers from the 861st Engineer Company, Rhode Island National Guard transport a “victim” Oct. 22 during a training and evaluation exercise at the Rhode Island Fire Academy. The Soldiers are part of the New England Chemical, Biological, Nuclear and high-yield Explosive Enhanced Response Force Package. The CERFP will work with local first responders if such an incident were to happen.
