Joss spoke to an audience of over 150 HUD employees, many of them veterans about sacrifice and what Veterans Day means to him. Joss is a shooter/instructor with the U.S. Army Marksmanship Unit's Paralympic team. He hopes to compete for the U.S. in the 2016 Paralympic Games in Rio de Janeiro.
