Members of the New York National Guard’s Chemical, Biological, Radiological or Nuclear incident response task force prepare to conduct casualty decontamination training at the Erie County Emergency Services Training and Operations Center in Cheektowaga, N.Y. Nov. 14. More than 375 members of the National Guard Homeland Response Force trained to mobilize and deploy in support of the Federal Emergency Management Agency to assist first responders in evacuating casualties, providing decontamination and medical triage during a CBRN incident.
