A New York Army National Guard Soldier is made up to play a victim in a Homeland Response Force exercise conducted at the Erie County Fire Training Academy in Cheektowaga, N.Y., on Nov. 14 and Nov. 15, 2014. The drill tested the ability of the New York National Guard Homeland Response Force and local first responders to deal with chemical, radiological, and biological attacks and incidents.
