Marines further developed their marksmanship fundamentals during two days of live-fire. The live-fire was conducted as training for the Marines participating in T-AKE 14-2, a maritime pre-positioned force, multi-country theater security cooperation event which deployed from Okinawa and traveled the Asia-Pacific area of operations. Cortez, from San Antonio, Texas, is a ground radio repairman, and Dodge, from New Bern, North Carolina, is a field radio operator.
