Boatswain's Mate 3rd Class Antonio Levison gives directions for properly lashing down medical cargo racks to Steve Dores of Navy Cargo Handling Battalion ONE (NCHB 1) during an on load to the Military Sealift Command joint high-speed vessel USNS Choctaw County (JHSV 2). Navy Expeditionary Logistics Support Group's (NAVELSG) only active duty cargo handling battalion, NCHB 1, and Navy Expeditionary Medical Support Command (NEMSCOM) are working together on a proof of concept to conduct a loading exercise (LOADEX) to deploy and set up a humanitarian assistance disaster relief (HADR) MED PACKUP KIT on board JHSV.
