Marines from Battalion Landing Team 3rd Battalion, 6th Marine Regiment, 24th Marine Expeditionary Unit, graduate from a Lance Corporal’s Leadership and Ethics Seminar aboard the USS Iwo Jima, at sea, Dec. 20, 2014. The seminar is designed to provide guidance and instruction to young Marines as a stepping stone to their next rank of non-commissioned officer.
