Sergeant David Blum, left, hands a diploma to a graduate of a Lance Corporal’s Leadership and Ethics Seminar aboard the USS Iwo Jima, at sea, Dec. 20, 2014. The seminar, ran by Battalion Landing Team 3rd Battalion, 6th Marine Regiment, 24th Marine Expeditionary, was designed to provide guidance and instruction to young Marines as a stepping stone to their next rank of non-commissioned officer.
