Soldiers of the 345th Combat Support Hospital communicate every piece of information regarding a patient that had just been transferred from the emergency room to the operating room during a training scenario at the Mayo Multidisciplinary Simulation Training Center in Rochester, Minn., Nov. 16, 2014. The training scenarios forced interactions between teams that do not always train together giving more reason to use the TeamSTEPPS communication model. (U.S. Army photo by Sgt. 1st Class Tony M.
