Jimmie Jaye Wells, FORSCOM chief of staff, for his contribution to the observance ceremony in honor of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. at FORSCOM/U.S. Army Reserve Command headquarters Jan. 15, 2015. Price, who became the the first African-American to obtain a doctorate from the Department of History at Texas A&M University, educated the audience on the importance of remembering King.The event honored the memory of King with a performance from the FORSCOM Army Band, Fayetteville State University Choir and remarks from keynote speakers.
