Price, U.S. Army Forces Command G-1 deputy chief of staff, and keynote speaker delivers a powerful speech and monologue during an observance ceremony in honor of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., at FORSCOM/U.S. Army Reserve Command headquarters Jan. 15, 2015. Price, who became the the first African-American to obtain a Doctorate from the Department of History at Texas A&M University,educated the audience on the importance of remembering KIng.The event honored the memory of Dr. King with a performance from the FORSCOM Army Band , Fayetteville State University Choir and remarks from keynote speakers.
