U.S. Marine Staff Sgt. Nation Allen, a joint terminal attack controller, marks a target with the M240 medium machine gun during a Jan. 15 at Idesuna-Jima range W-174, Okinawa, Japan. The Marines conducted the four-day tactical air control party to enhance their ability to call for close air support and build relationships with the pilots they direct.
