The 440th Army Band plays the Army Song during the 130th Maneuver Enhancement Brigade change of command ceremony at the Charlotte Police and Fire Training Academy, Jan. 11, 2015. The band played music as the color guard posted for the National Anthem and the passing of the colors which signifies the transfer of authority from one commander to the other. Col.
