Lt. Col. Nathan Miller examines a PL-87 Stinger missile during a tour of 2nd Low Altitude Air Defense Battalion at Marine Corps Air Station Cherry Point, N.C., Feb. 2, 2015. The tour was part of the Commanders Forum at Cherry Point. Commanding officers and sergeants major from across the wing gathered to discuss and plan ways to improve and maintain the operational readiness of 2nd MAW. Miller is the commanding officer of Marine Fighter Attack Squadron 312 and a native of Lapeer, Mich.
