Marines detonate the mine-clearing line charge Feb. 9 at Marine Air Ground Combat Center Twentynine Palms, California, at the battalion assault course during Integrated Training Exercise 2-15. The MCLIC is a 1,700 pound composition C-4 explosive charge to designed to destroy enemy explosives to allow ground troops to move in and repel the enemy’s assault.
