The first MC-12 Liberty aircraft in-theater taxies out of an aircraft hanger on June 10 for its first combat sortie in Iraq. The aircraft is the Air Force's new manned intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance platform, designed to directly support ground forces. The aircraft arrived in-theater on June 8.
