Sgt. Gabriel Gastelo, 43rd Medical Detachment (Veterinary Services), Fort Hood, Texas, crosses the finish line to close out the Army Marathon Shadow Run March 1 at Camp Arifjan, Kuwait. Gastelo, age 42, a native of Phoenix, was participating in his first marathon, which he said was part of his “bucket list.” Marathon volunteers and participants cheer Gastelo on as he crosses the finish line.
