Jacob Fowler, both with the 13th Sustainment Command (Expeditionary) out of Fort Hood, Texas, race to the finish line at the end of a 13.1 mile journey around Camp Arifjan, Kuwait, during an Army Marathon Shadow Run March 1. The shadow run was coordinated to run the same day as the Army Marathon in Central Texas.
